Shipping
Every MysteryBites order ships free across Canada from our Canadian fulfillment spot. That covers subscription boxes, one-time themed boxes, and the Snack Remix.
When your box ships
- Customer theme picks close at 11:59 PM ET on the 19th of each month.
- Once themes are locked, we pack and ship shortly after billing on the 20th. Most boxes leave on the next business day after the 20th.
- You get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box is on the way.
- Need snacks sooner? The Snack Remix is not tied to the monthly themes, so it ships right away.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses across Canada. Delivery times vary by province and carrier (Canada Post or a selected courier). We are not responsible for carrier delays or for boxes sent to an incorrect address you entered at checkout.
If something goes wrong
- Lost in transit or arrives badly damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and clear photos.
- We investigate and work with the carrier. Qualifying cases may get store credit or a refund, decided case by case.
