How do I choose my monthly theme?
Each month, we reveal 4 themed options with flavor previews via email and our website. Simply pick your favorite by the 20th of the month.
What if I forget to choose a theme or order after the 20th?
The cutoff to pick your theme is the 20th of each month. If you miss it, no worries, we'll send you one of the monthly themes at random. Think of it as an extra layer of mystery!
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime with no lock-in period. We also offer a 30-day pause option if you want to take a break without losing your subscriber perks.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes! All our snacks include full allergen labeling compliant with CFIA/HACCP standards. Every box also includes a QR code that links to a webpage with complete allergen details for each snack.
We ensure that at least one theme each month has no major allergens to try and accomodate everyone.
Where do you ship? How much is shipping?
We ship to all of Canada for free! Orders are fulfilled from our Toronto area office.
What's the QR code reveal?
Each box includes a QR code that unlocks the full snack list, allergen information, flavor profiles, and country of origin for every item in your box. It's designed to create a fun, shareable unboxing moment, perfect for social media!
When does my box ship?
Themes lock in on the 20th of each month. Once themes are confirmed, we pack and ship all boxes shortly after. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.
